THEY SUMMED UP THE RESULTS OF THE KAIZEN PROGRAM AT THE ENTERPRISES OF THE PETROCHEMICAL GROUP OF LLC “TAU PETROCHEM MANAGEMENT”
Creative initiative of the teams of LLC “TAU PetroChem Management”, JSC “Sintez-Kauchuk”, JSC “Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant” and LLC “Khimremont”, aimed at improving the efficiency of production processes, increases the culture of work, helps employees to self-realize, reveal their professional potential, bringing satisfaction from personal contribution to the development of the company and fringe benefits.
One of the tools to improve the work of the enterprises of the petrochemical group “TAU PetroChem Management” is Kaizen. In 2019, 237 Kaizen offers were received from the company"s employees (18.5% more than in 2018), 114 of them were approved for implementation on production sites (16.3% more than last year). The authors of the ideas were paid monetary rewards from the prize Fund of the program. The most productive in terms of the ratio of ideas submitted and accepted for implementation, as in the previous year, were the employees of LLC “Khimremont”, and the team again won the “Leaders of Progress” Cup from colleagues.
But the most talented employees of enterprises were lucky enough to become owners of tourist vouchers. The main prize is a certificate with a nominal value of 100,000.00 rubles for the purchase of a tourist ticket, which the project organizers decided to award to the winner in the “Golden staff” category. It was selected from the list of the most active authors with the maximum number of accepted proposals. At the end of the year, Victor Klokov, senior master of the ERE workshop of LLC “Khimremont”, became the owner. Its achievement is 11 accepted for implementation proposals for improving and improving work processes. Our colleague has the right to choose any direction for travel.
A similar certificate in the amount of 150,000.00 rubles was received by threesome represented by Oleg Kazakov, Head of OOTPEA (LLC TAU "PetroChem Management" ), his colleague, Evgeny Mukhachev, Principal manufacturing engineer of OOTPEA, and Ruslan Maksutov, Head of IP-2-6 workshop (JSC “Sintez-Kauchuk”). They became winners in the category “Leaders of changes” for the best development aimed at saving heat energy, the economic effect of the event will be 6,493,000.00 rubles per year.
In the competition “Offer, Create, Improve” for several years there has been a nomination “For adherence to the Kaizen program”, an individual indicator of which is the number of accepted kaizen proposals for the entire period of the program. The winner in this nomination was Alexey Charikov, Head of the PPRMO workshop of LLC “Khimremont”. Since the beginning of the intellectual competition, 37 of his kaizen proposals have been approved for implementation. The nominee received a diploma and a commemorative engraved watch.
