LOGISTIC COSTS OPTIMIZATION WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE STATEJSC “Sintez-Kauchuk” and “Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant” received government support as active exporters of Bashkortostan. Export entrepreneurship support has been implemented in Bashkortostan for the second year within the national project "International cooperation and export" and the regional project "Export development in the Republic of Bashkortostan". The program was included in the list of priority measures to increase the stability of the economy of Bashkortostan taking into account external factors including the spread of coronavirus infection. In this regard, exporters were able to include in the subsidized costs expenses for paying a penalty for violating the delivery time of their products to counterparties as well as fines for idle vehicles at state borders. Republic enterprises that transport products abroad by road, rail, water and air could take part in the program. JSC “Sintez-Kauchuk” and “Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant” signed agreements with the State Committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for Foreign Economic Relations on subsidizing part of the expenses related to the transportation of exported products in the amount of 16 million rubles from the regional budget. The total budget assigned by the state for this type of subsidy amounted to 100 million rubles. The decision to subsidize part of the exporters’ expenses for the transportation of products was made taking into account the data of a sociological survey during which more than 400 resident companies of the republic were interviewed. Most of the respondents declared for this type of state support. |
