In the finished product shop of JSC “Sintez-Kauchuk”, work is being carried out to improve the operational characteristics of the existing equipment.

The conveyor belt is the most important part of the conveyors used in the finished product shops of our company. Specifically, it moves the products and acts as a pulling drive. However, such part is at the same time the most expensive and the most short-lived in the conveyor, therefore, technicians put forward the strictest requirements for its strength. In spring in production shop I-5v of JSC “Sintez-Kauchuk” the conveyor belts on five packaging lines LK-8/1 and 2 were replaced for a seamless fabric.

Since the use of new conveyor belts shop workers have recorded a decrease in unscheduled shut-downs of conveyors due to a rupture of the belt at its ​​joints, time and labor savings and also noted an improvement in the aesthetic appearance of conveyors.
