The program of comprehensive improvements (Kaizen) is being implemented at the enterprises of the petrochemical group "TAU Petrochem" LLC.

Every day the staff analyzes and monitors the production processes that they have to deal with, identifying losses and proposing measures to eliminate them. Every three months the results of this work are summarized within the framework of the "Offer, create, improve" competition, the best team and proposals of individual employees are being encouraged. In the third quarter of 2020 66 proposals were submitted to the technical commission for consideration, 20 were accepted for development and implementation at petrochemical sites. The best performance was demonstrated by Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant, General Director of the enterprise Alexey Danilov was awarded the “Leaders of Progress” challenge cup. 12 authors of the best ideas were awarded the nominations "Gold Personnel" and "Leaders of Change", were awarded diplomas, gift certificates of the brand chain store and a prize of 5 thousand rubles from the Kaizen program fund. The awards were presented to the winners by Production Director of “TAU Petrochem” LLC Oleg Shurupov, and General Director of JSC “Sintez-Kauchuk” Dmitry Zhavoronkov.
