A professional master competition began in the JSC "Sintez-Kauchuk", "Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant" and the repair and refurbishment organization "Khimremont".

About 120 employees of the company applied for the competition - operators, chemistry laboratory technicians, mechanists, repairmen, instrumentation and automation technicians, electricians and also engineers striving to become the best in their occupation.

Contestants selection was strict as representatives of vocational professions should have knowledge of their workshop, production and enterprise as a whole, have an idea of the distribution of material, raw material and energy flows of production, and young specialists should understand the existing production problems and have their own ideas on their solution, increasing the efficiency of processes and labor quality.

The best of the best were selected in 7 nominations. The contestants were evaluated by a strict jury of the leading technical specialists of the enterprises.

The winners of the corporate professional excellence competition will receive a salary increase of 10 to 30 percent throughout the year taking into account the working position and will be included in the company"s talent pool, thereby acquiring priority when closing senior positions.
