On December 30 a New Year"s Eve party was held for the employees of the petrochemical group “TAU PetroChem” in the hall of Sterlitamak Theater and Concert Association.

The guests of the celebration were representatives of enterprises LLC “TAU PetroChem Management Company”, JSC “Sintez-Kauchuk, “Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant” and service companies.

The event was opened by General Director of “TAU PetroChem Management Conmpany” Aleksey Nuzhdin. Addressing his colleagues with congratulations he noted that company’s success is made up of contribution of each employee, thanked for the strong performance and wished happiness and the implementation of the plans in the coming year.

New Year"s Eve continued with awarding the employees by the heads of enterprises. Also, the winners of “Propose, create, improve!” program designed for managing the creative initiative of employees were awarded. Commemorative diplomas, sea trip vouchers in the amount of 100 and 150 thousand rubles were given for the maximum number of proposals accepted for implementation at the end of 2021 and the best kaizen proposal. A valuable prize was given to the winner in the nomination of "For Commitment to the Kaizen Program". In total more than 80 employees were awarded taking into account the awards at the morning briefing.

The evening ended with an entertaining show program: the best artists of the republic performed for the guests of the celebration.
